astra infotech  dedicates website to veteran author Samares Mazumdar

It was a great day on Monday, the 21st December, 2009 when the long awaited website www.samaresmazumdar.com was launched at the Kolkata Press Club in the afternoon.

The website has been designed, developed and will be maintained by astra infotech. The website has been sponsored and dedicated to Sri Samares Mazumdar as a mark of respect to the great author. Sri Sunil Gangopadhyay, the great author of Bengal,  inaugurated  the website by clicking the mouse in presence of Sri Sirshendu Mukhopadhyaya, the veteran author and in presence of the media community and other distinguished guests.
In his speech, CEO astra infotech  Sri RP Chakravarty narrated before the media representatives and guests that astra would make a bridge between the readers and the great author. The books authored by Samares can be purchased from anywhere on the earth. The literary reviews and readers’ comment can be made on this website. Readers can interact with the author and the media’s views will be presented through the website. A time will come when one will read his books online through this website free of charge.
